BACKGROUND
Dean Winchester's First Blade knife from the TV series Supernatural.  It was made from jaw of a donkey associated with Mark of Cain. Mark Campbell powered the blade such that when held by the bearer of the Mark, called Benders, is able to kill any known being, including Knight of Hell & angels. Thus, Crowley once called it, "the most dangerous weapon on the planet."
